We sign up and try to reach the first useful result the way a new user would. We note every step that stalls, confuses, or asks for too much.

Bugs

We run the main flows and log what breaks, with steps to reproduce and screenshots.

Landing-page clarity

Can a stranger tell what the tool does, who it is for, and what it costs in the first screen? We say where we got lost.

.env and security check

A look from the outside for exposed keys, open endpoints, and leaked config in the public site and client bundle. It is a spot check, not a penetration test or an audit.
